Ian, a 48 year old estate agent has been experiencing a lot of pain on the sole of his right foot. He finds it very painful first thing in the morning when he is getting ready for work but does notice it gets easier the more he walks around. Ian also likes to run and is now starting to find the pain is his foot is affecting his running, to the point where he now isn’t going.
