Susan’s Case Study on Arthritic Hip Pain
Susan, 64, works in healthcare herself. She presented to one of our chiropractors with chronic hip pain and stiffness that had been ongoing for over a decade. She had tried various treatments including physiotherapy, painkillers and an occasional massage but nothing had worked. Susan was fed up of her hip pain but had decided to just put up with it for as long as she could before needing the “inevitable hip replacement”.
Susan knew things were getting worse. She had constant hip and groin pain with walking. Her hip had stiffened up and it even affected how she walked. People could see Susan was stiff and would offer various pieces of unwanted advice. She lives locally to Eastbourne and knew of our reputation so eventually tried chiropractic after friends recommended us.
